Refund & Cancellation Policy for Baltic Digital Marketing

Please note that refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or in cases where:
a. The client has approved the work or service provided. b. The client has requested revisions, changes, or modifications to the service or work provided. c. The client has not provided the necessary information, materials, or access required to complete the service as agreed upon.
- Refund Process:
Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will review the details and determine if the request is eligible for a refund. If approved, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances of the request. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
If you wish to cancel an ongoing subscription package, you must notify us in writing before the next billing cycle. Please send your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, contact information, order number, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
